POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.

After 4 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Due to limited inventory and high-volume drops, all sales are considered final once processing begins.

 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed Friday after 3PM CST will begin processing the following Monday.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please allow additional processing time during high-volume drops or promotional periods.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an incorrect item (size or color) was sent by our team.

If we made an error with your order, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery at TheBigOneHelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We are unable to accommodate exchanges due to customer sizing errors. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items require extended processing time of 3–5 weeks.

Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended timeline.


TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

 

  • Check mailbox, parcel lockers, and neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly


THE BIG ONE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked delivered.
